Futech Hot Melt Adhesive Coating & Laminating Machine is a cost‑effective, solvent‑free and fully‑automatic mass‑production laminating equipment specially developed for the medical and healthcare disposable consumables industry. It focuses on the standard lamination process of non‑woven fabric and PE film to meet mass‑production demands of general‑grade hygiene consumables.

The PUR Coating & Lamination Machine adopts a gravure roll quantitative coating structure, specially designed for continuous PUR reactive hot melt adhesive coating and material lamination. Different from conventional blade coating, it uses micro-cells on the gravure roll to control glue volume. The coating layer is thin and uniform. After coating, PUR adhesive cross-links and cures when exposed to moisture in the air. Laminated finished materials feature high bonding strength, temperature resistance and water resistance.

The machine is equipped with a glue tank temperature control system, servo feeding, tension control and web guiding units. It supports continuous lamination of non-woven fabric, PE film, paper, flexible packaging films and other roll materials.

Solvent-based laminating machine (dry laminator) adopts solvent-based PU adhesive. After coating, the organic solvent is evaporated via hot air drying ovens, then two or more substrates are bonded under heat and pressure. It also supports silicone coating on paper, to apply silicone release layer on paper for making release base material of sanitary napkin outer packaging. The complete production line includes unwinding, adhesive / silicone coating, multi-stage hot air drying, lamination and rewinding. Compatible with aluminum foil, PET, BOPP, nylon, glassine paper and other films & paper substrates. Widely used for high-barrier food packaging, aluminum-plastic pouches, vacuum bags and hygiene release packaging. It is a proven and classic laminating equipment in flexible packaging industry.

The solventless laminating machine is an eco-friendly flexible packaging laminating line using solvent-free PU adhesive. It performs coating and lamination at ambient temperature without organic solvents. The machine integrates unwinding, precision adhesive coating, web lamination, constant temperature curing and rewinding. It can laminate various films and nonwoven materials, widely adopted in food, personal care, medical and hygiene packaging industries.
